Mandu Games ("we", "us") is an independent game studio based in Istanbul, Turkey. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@mandugames.com.

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address, your chosen site language and the date you subscribed.

Email: if you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

We use your email address only to send you news about Mandu Games and our games, and to reply to messages you send us. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

The legal basis for the newsletter is your consent (KVKK Article 5(1), GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no data is sent to third-party font providers.

Newsletter data is stored with Cloudflare, Inc., which may process data on servers outside Turkey, including in the United States. By subscribing you consent to this transfer.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether we process your data, access it, request correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw your consent. To unsubscribe or exercise any of these rights, email hello@mandugames.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
